Nikita Vachhani, PT

Nikita brings over 9+ years clinical experience to our team, with her degree in  Master of Physical Therapy in Orthopedics and a specialization in Manual Therapy from Manipal University, India. Since earning her Washington State license and beginning her practice in 2016, she has focused on providing quality and individualized care. 

Her expertise is in using a holistic approach when evaluating and treating patients, with an emphasis on manual therapy techniques such as muscle energy, myofascial release, Maitland’s mobilizations, Mckenzie’s approach, neurodynamics, and movement therapy. She enjoys treating patients of all ages with varied and diverse orthopedic and neurological diagnoses including sports injuries, traumatic injuries, work injuries and post surgical rehabilitation. She uses her skills to provide unique and specialized care for each individual to regain their functional mobility.

Outside of the clinic, she stays active and grounded by practicing Yoga, hiking, traveling. She is a firm believer in the power of nature and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
