Lauren Chappelle, DPT
Physical Therapist
Lauren Chappelle, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University in Southern California. Prior to that, she attended Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma WA to receive her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a Pre-Physical Therapy emphasis.
Her treatment philosophy emphasizes the belief that each patient she treats is unique with individualized concerns and goals. She consistently strives to provide quality, evidence-based physical therapy care that empowers patients to thrive at their optimal potential. She utilizes a combination of individualized exercise, neuromuscular re-training, manual techniques, and patient education to help patients return to full activity and reach their goals.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, snowshoeing, snowboarding and exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. You can also find her cheering on the Mariners and Seahawks, her favorite sports teams.
