Patient Care Coordinator

 

Core Physical Therapy is currently accepting applications for qualified individuals to be (part-time/full time) Patient Care Coordinators. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Location:
Patient Care Coordinators are needed for our offices in Seattle.

Employment Type:
Part Time (<25 hours/week)
Full Time

Description:
An individual who ensures the front desk and office environment runs smoothly through the regulation and completion of administrative tasks.

Duties:
Job duties will include:

  • Point of contact for patients for scheduling, insurance, and billing enquiries
  • Verifying patient insurance benefits
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Coordinating patient prescriptions and referrals
  • Collecting patient copays, deductibles, and coinsurance
  • Assisting the billing office in collection of patient balances
  • Various other duties as requested

Qualifications:
Qualified Patient Care Coordinator applicants will exhibit the following:

  • Bachelor degree or at least two years’ experience in a front office healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent patient interaction skills
  • Self-motivation and a desire to learn
